Today was Day 2 of my self-declared, no-turning-back weight loss journey. And guess what?
I completed a full 108 Surya Namaskars.
Yes, that’s 54 rounds.
No shortcuts. No fake counts.
Just me, the mat, and 47 minutes of movement magic.

☕️ What Else I Did?
- Towel arm raises: 100 in the morning + 150 in the evening
- Face yoga: because glowing skin matters too 💆♀️
- Green tea: twice, of course
- Water intake: clocking in at 2.5–3L
- No sugar, no rice, no drama
🥗 My Intermittent Fasting Window: 12 PM – 9 PM
Nope, I’m not starving myself. I’m just giving my body space to reset and rejuvenate.
Morning began with beetroot + carrot juice for that iron-rich glow. ✨
Lunch was light and veggie-powered.
Dinner? Clean and satisfying. No rice, just sautéed veggies and love. 💚

- That’s basically a cheat meal gone before it even touches my thighs 😂

There was a moment in the middle of my session when I paused and thought,
“Why didn’t I start earlier?”
But then I smiled. Because the truth is — Day 2 is better than Day Never.
And I’m proud of showing up. Even when no one’s clapping. Even when it’s just me and the mirror.
